Job Overview

Responsibilities

1. Maintain and clean the donation area at the beginning and end of each shift.
2. Assist donors courteously in removing donated items and provide receipts.
3. Sort and organize donations properly as per instructions.
4. Help load donations onto trucks and ensure the donation area is secured after shifts.
5. Maintain reports and communicate needs to supervisors.
6. Build and maintain good relations with store management.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Effective communication skills.
3. Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
4. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

Work Environment
