Job summary

Goodwill Central East Texas is seeking a Donation Associate in Diboll, TX. You will welcome donors, sort donated items, and keep operations moving smoothly and safely in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

No formal education is required, just a great attitude and the ability to lift and move items. You’ll work indoors with some weekend shifts, earning weekly pay and enjoying supportive teammates.

Responsibilities

• Delivering 100% satisfaction to all donors and customers
• Greeting everyone with a big smile and great energy
• Helping unload donations with carts or dollies
• Offering tax receipts with a friendly ‘thank you!’
• Keeping track of how many amazing donors we meet each day
• Cleaning, pricing, and moving cool stuff to the sales floor
• Sorting goods into fun categories (think: treasure hunt!)
• Getting items to the right place (processing, sales, warehouse)
• Keeping your space clean, organized, and safe
• Reporting anything unsafe right away
• Showing up on time, ready to roll
• Following all the team rules and vibes
• Helping out with whatever keeps the mission moving

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’re the first smile people see when they donate! As a Donation Associate, you’ll welcome donors, sort treasures, and keep things moving smoothly and safely. No two days are ever the same — and we think that’s pretty awesome!
