- Assist the Director in strategic planning and development of collection initiatives to increase market share in the sustainability industry, with a focus on Thrift Town stores and Midwest Textile LLC (MWT) partnerships.
- Assist in training field staff on operational best practices, safety procedures, and high-quality customer service to ensure consistent performance across all collection activities/donor satisfaction.
- Assist the Director with departmental budget management, including tracking expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and supporting financial planning efforts.
- Assist in the Director’s absence with overseeing Area Collection Managers and ensuring continuity of operations and team leadership.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support departmental goals and organizational objectives.
