Job summary

Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries is seeking a Merchandise Production Specialist in Woodlawn, Cincinnati, to efficiently process donated goods into sale-ready merchandise. You will work with production and retail teams to sort, price, and prepare items for the floor, using LEAN processes to move items quickly and deliver strong donor and customer experiences.

The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and high-quality presentation of merchandise.

• Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfort with using technology and tools related to retail and production operations.

Responsibilities

• Sort and process merchandise to determine suitability for the sales floor.
• Maintain awareness of brand names, designer labels, and current trends.
• Sort apparel into categories and track processed donations using established tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and meet daily quotas.
• Provide legendary customer service to donors/customers and comply with safety practices.
• Support internal operations and adhere to company policies.
