Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay is hiring for a full-time store team member in South San Francisco. The role focuses on leading a positive customer and brand experience while processing donated merchandise for sale, including pricing, ticketing, and stocking.

Responsibilities include meeting quotas, maintaining a clean sales floor, following safety procedures, and working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be 18+, fluent in English, and able to pass background checks and screens.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes merchandise, including pricing and ticketing; meets minimum quota.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property, including donated goods.
• Performs duties to stock merchandise and maintain a clean sales floor.
• Must follow safety rules and report hazards or incidents.
• Handle lifting and physical tasks as required in a fast-paced environment.
