Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and active RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership/management experience in long-term or post-acute care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and staff.
• Proven regulatory and quality assurance knowledge.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and staff at all levels.
