Mascoutah Rehab and Nursing is seeking a DON Director of Nursing RN to fill a full-time, salaried position. You'll be working in a well-run facility with a strong support staff.

We are looking for a solution-oriented DON Director of Nursing RN who is well organized and motivated, willing to provide guidance and support when uncertainty arises.

This position offers a current salary range of $95,000, depending on experience and census, with annual survey bonuses of up to $7,500. Full-time DON Directors of Nursing are supported by a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k, and more.

Requirements include:

• An active state RN license.
• SNF/long-term care experience.
