Job summary

A. I. Pizza Inc in the rolling hills of southeast Ohio operates several Domino's locations, with a couple across the border in West Virginia.

We invite hands-on leaders to join us as Multi-Unit Supervisor to drive fast-paced, people-driven excellence across our stores. You will supervise 4–6 Domino’s locations, coach managers, manage labor and inventory costs, analyze trends, and ensure high standards of quality and safety while supporting recruiting and training efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in the QSR industry, preferably Domino's.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with a people-first approach.
• Knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and operational best practices.
• Willingness to drive performance through data and trends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across 4–6 Domino’s locations.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise daily operations across 4–6 Domino’s locations

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience inthe QSRindustry - Pizza experience, especially Domino's is preferred
• A “lead from the front” mentality — you’re not above jumping on the line when needed
• Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to analyze and act on performance trends
• Knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and operational best practices

Qualifications

• Good driving record with no OVIs or Wreckless Ops in the previous 5 years
• Clean Criminal Record
• Reliable Transportation - You will be driving between multiple rural locations, some over an hour away (don't worry, we provide mileage reimbursement)
• Domino's Management experience preferred, Restaurant Management experience required
• Basic IT experience preferred - must know the difference between an HDMI cable and an ethernet cable for example
• Must beself motivated to make your own schedule effectively and work with minimal supervision
• Must beavailable nights(dinner rush especially) and weekends - not all visits will be during those times but you must be available
