Domino's Pizza is hiring Operating Partners. This role requires a natural leader with skills in sound judgment, business acumen, empathy, people management insight, and the ability to multitask.
As an Operating Partner, you will manage a $1-2 million business within a 43-store franchise. This position offers valuable experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry, including navigating labor costs, food costs, waste management, and people management. You will have the opportunity to develop future Operating Partners or possibly franchise on your own.

Duties & Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including:

• Cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Leading by example and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Staffing, paperwork submission, food management, scheduling, maintaining image standards, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Directing activities and performing repetitive tasks.
• Providing enthusiastic customer greetings and managing concerns.
• Operating, cleaning, and maintaining all store facilities and equipment.
• Preparing products according to Domino's specifications.
• Taking inventory and stocking ingredients.

Qualifications:

Physical Requirements: Daily tasks require standing for most of the shift, including:

• Walking on ceramic tile and linoleum surfaces.
• Unloading bulk product deliveries.
• Occasional crouching, squatting, bending, or using stairs.
• Hand-eye coordination for pizza preparation tasks.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Ability to pass Motor Vehicle Record Check.
