Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all activities during your shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations.
  2. Set an example by adhering to all policies and procedures, and motivate your team to do the same.
  3. Operate all equipment safely and efficiently.
  4. Stock ingredients and prepare products as per standards.
  5. Receive and process phone orders accurately.
  6. Maintain inventory and complete necessary paperwork.
  7. Ensure cleanliness of equipment and the facility daily.
  8. Conduct training and orientation for new staff.
  9. Create work schedules and manage staffing needs.
  10. Implement cost and cash control measures.
  11. Manage food quality and presentation.
  12. Uphold a professional image and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • ServeSafe Food Manager Certification.
  • Previous restaurant experience.
  • Management experience preferred.
