JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES

You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards, as well as access to an insured vehicle for delivery. QUALIFICATIONS

General job duties for all store team members include:

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.

Training: Orientation and on‑the‑job training.

Communication Skills: Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders by phone and in person.

Essential Functions/Skills:

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately (calculator may be used).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination for rapid, precise movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

WORK CONDITIONS

Exposed to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks. In-store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F and above in some areas. Sudden temperature changes, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler, hot surfaces up to 500°F or higher, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

SENSING

Talking and hearing on the telephone; near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks; depth perception; ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

TEMPERAMENTS

Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Including, but not limited to the following:

• Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
• Walking: Short distances for short durations; surfaces may include ceramic tile and linoleum; work surface height 36–48 inches.
• Sitting: Paperwork is completed at a desk or table.
• Lifting: Cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds; cases stacked up to 72 high.
• Carrying: Large cans and pizza sauce; trays of dough weighed approximately 12 pounds per tray.
• Pushing/Pulling: Move and handle trays and dollies; may require force to push.
• Climbing: Occasional stairs or ladders for signs, walls cleaning, or maintenance.
