Summary

At Domino’s, a Customer Service Representative is responsible for front-facing duties such as taking orders, making pizzas, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires an outgoing personality, efficiency, energy, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Maintaining professionalism and representing the organization positively are essential.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Operate all equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare products to standards.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
  • Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facilities.
  • Demonstrate communication skills to understand and give written instructions, and process orders via verbal, written, and telephone communication.
  • Perform basic math accurately and quickly, possibly using a calculator.
  • Make correct monetary change.
  • Coordinate motor skills to perform precise movements rapidly and accurately.
  • Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Lift at least 40-50 lbs.
