Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Sociology, Psychology, or related field required.
• Two years' work experience in criminal justice or counseling.
• Must understand trauma and domestic violence dynamics; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pretrial defendants and probationers in domestic violence cases.
• Conduct intakes, background checks, and risk assessments.
• Administer drug tests and coordinate electronic monitoring.
• Prepare reports for the Court and participate in DV dockets and hearings.
• Interact with legal personnel and ensure VCIN certification compliance.
