NEMA, Inc. in Lilburn, GA is seeking an Operations Assistant to support customers, coordinate driver activities, and handle data entry for shipments and documentation.
The role involves paperwork processing, status updates, routing assistance, and use of TMS/WMS systems. Strong data entry, communication, and MS Office skills are required.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Support customers to ensure all paperwork and shipments meet requirements and customer expectations
Handles data entry for storage, inbound, and outbound items as needed into Truckmate (TMS) and Extensiv (WMS)
Ensure storage releases are processed per customer requests via phone, fax or email
Any other duties as directed/assigned by the Operations Supervisor, Director of Operations, or other member of the Leadership Team

High school diploma or equivalent required
Data Entry experience (Minimum 2 years)
Dispatch, Logistics or Supply Chain Experience (Minimum 2 years)
Customer Service Experience (Minimum 2 years)
Intermediate MS Office Proficiency a plus with basic proficiency required
Knowledge of TMS and WMS preferred
