Qualifications

• Licensed Ohio attorney in good standing.
• Experience handling family law matters including divorce, dissolution, custody, and related domestic relations cases.
• Ability to independently manage cases from intake through resolution.
• Comfortable appearing in court, conducting hearings, and preparing for trial.
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
• Organized, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle family law matters from inception through trial, including divorce, dissolution, custody, and related proceedings.
• Independently manage cases from intake through resolution with minimal supervision.
• Appear in court, conduct hearings, and prepare for trial as needed.
• Collaborate with experienced attorney and support staff to maintain an efficient caseload.
