Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a Domestic Assistant to help maintain clean, safe spaces across the home for residents and staff in Detroit. You will follow Health & Safety guidelines and Codes of Practice while supporting daily tasks with a caring, resident-focused approach.

Join a people-first team and develop your skills through structured training and supportive supervision from the Home Manager and Deputy Manager.

About the role

As a Domestic Assistant, you will ensure that public or private spaces within the home are kept neat, tidy, and sanitary. Part of this will be ensuring that all Health & Safety at Work legislation is followed, including all requirements under specific industry Codes of Practice and Environmental Health guidelines.

Reports to: Home Manager/Deputy Manager/Housekeeper
