Job summary

My Pet's Place in Buford, GA seeks a CSR/Lodging Tech to ensure the cleanliness and comfort of lodging areas for boarded pets. You will deliver exceptional client service, document daily care activities, and work closely with the Playtime team to supervise and care for animals.

The role requires empathy toward clients and animals, with a willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and comfort of lodging areas for boarded pets.
• Deliver outstanding client service with knowledge of services offered.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly chores and documentation of meals, potty breaks and interactions.
• Partner with Playtime staff during morning Buddy times to supervise and care for pets.
• Perform pet intro and exit evaluations and ensure safe, enjoyable interactions.

My Pet’s Vet, a successful veterinary hospital, has added more services for our clients by providing them a place they feel happy and comfortable bringing their fur babies for playtime and/or overnight stays.
