About this position

About Green Beagle Lodge

Green Beagle Lodge is looking for a Pack Member (Doggy Daycare Attendant) to join our Pet Care team! If you enjoy working with dogs, staying active, and being part of a fast‑paced team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Pack Member, you'll play an important role in providing a safe, clean, and enriching environment for our boarding and daycare guests. Every day is different: from supervising playgroups and caring for overnight boarders to maintaining clean accommodations and helping dogs feel comfortable while they're away from home.

At Green Beagle Lodge, we believe in building strong teams and a positive company culture to maintain a clean, green, safe, and fun environment for both pets and staff. We've helped many individuals new to the industry grow into lasting careers, and this position provides an excellent foundation for anyone interested in professional animal care.

All team members complete a structured orientation and industry‑specific training program, followed by hands‑on experience designed to build confidence and strengthen dog‑handling, safety, and animal care skills.

Green Beagle Lodge is part of Digs Dog Care, a premium dog care company offering DayPlay, Overnight Stays, Grooming, and Training across multiple locations nationwide. We're built on a simple belief: every pup deserves to feel safe, loved, and at home — and every team member plays a real role in making that happen. Our shared ownership program means employees don't just work here, they have a stake in it.

This role starts as part‑time, but teammates can work towards full‑time status. Schedule flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business. Candidates should be available to work a combination of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

  • Maintain accurate daily records and complete assigned operational tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with Client Care, Grooming, and Training teams to ensure exceptional care for every guest.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and standard operating protocols.
