OHSO BREWERY AND DISTILLERY seeks friendly Hosts to welcome guests and their dogs, manage the waitlist, answer phones, and seat tables. You’ll work with servers and managers to keep service smooth and guests smiling from arrival to departure.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, dependable, and ready to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a warm, organized front-of-house presence.

Qualifications

• Guest-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to manage waitlists and reservations.
• Strong communication with servers and managers.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage the waitlist.
• Answer phones, take reservations, and answer questions.
• Seat guests and balance table preferences with rotations.
• Provide menus and assist guests, including dogs.
• Maintain a clean host stand and waiting area.
• Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed.
• Thank guests and invite them to return.
