Maximum Canine - Dog Kennel Attendant (Entry-Level)

Position Overview

As a Kennel Attendant you will assist with the daily care of dogs and the overall upkeep of the training and boarding facility. This is a hands‑on position that requires reliability, attention to detail, cleanliness, and comfort working around dogs of all temperaments, breeds, and energy levels. You will be responsible for helping maintain a safe, clean, organized, and professional environment for both our clients and our dogs.

Responsibilities

• Walking and handling dogs safely
• Feeding and caring for dogs throughout the day
• Cleaning kennels, crates, training rooms, and common areas
• Assisting with facility organization and upkeep
• Monitoring dogs for behavior, health, and stress levels
• Assisting trainers and staff as needed
• Supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the training facility
• Maintaining a clean and professional environment
• Interacting professionally with clients and team members
