Complete Canine is seeking a compassionate Dog Groomer & Stylist to deliver safe, high-quality grooming while ensuring every dog remains calm, cared for, and comfortable. This role emphasizes patience, attention to detail, and earning client trust beyond grooming basics.

Role Summary

As a Dog Groomer & Stylist at Complete Canine, you are responsible for delivering safe, high-quality grooming while ensuring every dog feels calm, cared for, and comfortable.
This role is about more than grooming. It’s about patience, attention to detail, and earning the trust of every client.

Key Responsibilities

• Groom dogs to client expectations and breed standards
• Handle dogs with patience, care, and safety at all times
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized grooming environment
• Follow strict cleaning and sanitation protocols daily
• Clean tools, tubs, grooming areas, and shared spaces consistently
• Communicate clearly with team members & owners about dogs and services
• Monitor dogs for health or behavior concerns and report appropriately

Daily Expectations

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment. Pet Stylists are expected to contribute to the overall operation; not just grooming.

This Includes

• Cleaning rooms, runs, and shared spaces
• Keeping up with laundry and sanitation throughout the day
• Following structured daily cleaning and care routines
• Maintaining a consistently clean and organized workspace

• An experienced Pet Stylist (required for this role)
• Genuine love for dogs
• Strong attention to detail
• Patience, especially with anxious or difficult dogs
• A team-first mindset
• High personal standards for cleanliness and quality

Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
