Job summary

Pet Supplies Plus in Cincinnati is seeking experienced Pet Groomers, Dog Groomers, and Pet Stylists to join our pack. You’ll deliver full-service dog grooming including bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling in a friendly, neighborly salon where pets look and smell irresistible.

As part of a team that values pet safety and craftsmanship, you’ll groom to breed standards or tailor looks to each client’s requests, build relationships with pet parents, and help grow the business through great

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional pet grooming experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience with breed-standard cuts, hand scissoring, clipping, and finishing techniques
• Strong understanding of animal behavior and safe handling practices
• Ability to lift, move, and handle pets or equipment up to 65 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods
• Ability to provide your own grooming tools and equipment (clippers, blades, shears, etc.)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18+ years old and able to meet hiring requirements set by the local franchise owner

As a Pet Groomer, you’re pawsitively passionate about people and their pets. You’ll deliver exceptional, neighborly service while providing expert dog grooming services in a safe and welcoming pet grooming salon. Whether you’re turning a muddy mess into a proud pup, grooming to breed standards, or customizing a look based on a pet parent’s request, you play a key role in helping pets look and feel their best while building lasting relationships with their owners.

This position makes commission.
