Guiding Eyes for the Blind, Inc. is seeking a Breeding Kennel Manager to lead the daily operations of the Breeding Kennel, ensuring high standards of animal care, welfare, and team performance.

You will guide a team in feeding, enrichment, health monitoring, and documentation to support the breeding program. Responsibilities include supervising kennel staff, coordinating with veterinary teams, and maintaining safety and cleanliness while ensuring consistent care for broods, studs, and puppies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience managing teams in animal care or kennel environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support the kennel team across feeding, cleaning, enrichment, and medication administration.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and performance development.
• Provide hands-on coaching to reinforce care standards and animal welfare practices.
