We offer daycare options including small group play and one-on-one enrichment activities; a variety of comfortable boarding accommodations with personalized amenities; and spa services ranging from a basic bath, brush, and nail grind to a full pup makeover. We support dog parents by identifying each dog's personality traits, prior experiences, behavior, and level of athleticism so we can create a program that truly benefits each individual dog.

We support our people so that they can focus on providing the attention, care, and love that our clients' furry kids deserve. Our amazing staff is at the center of our ability to enrich the lives of dogs and the relationships they share with those who love them.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A FULL-TIME DOG DAYCARE ATTENDANT

As a Doggy Daycare / Boarding Enrichment Specialist, you get to help keep dogs healthy and happy by providing them with exercise and enrichment. You supervise work with dogs individually and in small, customized groups to ensure each animal gets its needs met. You are a practical, get-it-done person who thrives working with dogs all day, receiving chihuahua-sized love on up to St. Bernard-sized love. In this exciting position, you work with dogs to instill positive behaviors, confidence, and good manners through games that reward obedience and focus, including fun agility courses, games, nose work, puzzles, and more! To ensure a fun and safe environment, you hand-select playmates for each pet to ensure good play skills and calming signals are being used. You always greet pet parents with a warm smile and respond to questions about their pet's behavior and experience with knowledge, patience, and care.

Passionate about maintaining a clean and organized environment, you continuously clean yards, equipment, and common areas as well as keep records accurate and up-to-date. Working with your teammates, you help identify and assess dogs who may be a good fit for our enrichment program. On occasion, you also get to work with key leaders to plan monthly daycare parties and create new enrichment activities for our program. Your ability to give and receive regular feedback, proactively address challenges, as well as lead by example through daily positive interactions with the people and dogs around you is crucial to your success.
