Base pay range

$12.50/hr - $14.00/hr

Happy Tails Playcare in Jonesboro is looking for a part-time or full-time Pack Leader!

• Must be able to work holidays and weekends.
• Must love dogs and have no problem with dog hair, dog slobber, doggie kisses and picking up waste. You will get dirty, sweaty, jumped on by a lot of dogs!
• Must be able to supervise 20+ dogs and memorize their names on a daily basis.
• Must like people as much as you like dogs, always speak and behave in a professional manner while at work.
• Must be able to work at a FAST pace and be able to follow policy/procedures.
• We work in all weather conditions, including snow and ice (no snow days).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• We care for animals 365 days a year and holidays will be included in work schedules.
• Experience working with animals specifically dogs or animals on a farm, working outdoors, or other fast- paced environment is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; must be at least 18 years of age.
• 90-day Probationary Period applies.

Previous dog facility experience and grooming experience a PLUS but not required.
