Job summary

Petsense in Lancaster, SC is seeking a professional pet groomer to provide grooming services for dogs and cats, following Petsense standards. You will clip hair, trim nails, bathe, and ensure the safety and comfort of animals during visits.

Requires at least 1 year of grooming experience, and the ability to work with pets of various sizes; must provide your own grooming tools or be willing to purchase them. High school diploma and Paragon Level 1 & 2 training are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year experience grooming/styling pets.
• Must provide own tools (clippers, blades, shears) or be willing purchase required tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Paragon Level 1 & 2 training provided by Petsense.

Responsibilities

• Follow and demonstrate all Petsense by Tractor Supply Mission and Values.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, days, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Answer phone and schedule appointments.
• Assist in generating business by calling customers and scheduling appointments.
