Job summary

RCS-NJY INC RETIREMENT PLAN is seeking a friendly K9 Attendant to supervise and care for dogs in a fully interactive environment. You will greet guests, assist with check-ins and spa appointments, and help maintain a clean, safe kennel.

This part-time role requires reliable transportation, open weekday, weekend and holiday availability for 15–25 hours per week, and a genuine love for dogs. You will work closely with a team in a fun, dog-loving culture, with tips included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have your own vehicle.
• Open availability weekdays, weekends, and holidays for 15–25 hours per week.
• Passion for working with dogs.
• Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and breeds.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a pack.
• Willing to clean up after dogs all day long.
• Comfortable greeting and interacting with customers.
• Confidence and leadership for dog management.
• Positive attitude and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and supervision for dogs in a fully interactive environment.
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and spa appointments with hospitality.
• Maintain a clean and safe kennel environment.
• Administer medication to dogs as directed by owners.
• Provide love and attention to our furry guests.
• Help manage daily operations of the facility.
