Job summary

AllSTEM Connections is seeking a Statistician to support process development through DOE, statistical analysis, and study reporting. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on JMP experience, experimental design skills, and strong statistical methodologies to design studies, interpret results, and support project objectives.

The role collaborates with Process Scientists and Engineers to develop experiments, discuss constraints, and produce comprehensive study reports.

Qualifications

• Master’s in statistics/biostatistics or related field with 2+ years of experience.
• PhD or equivalent degree with 1+ year relevant work experience.
• Experience applying DOE to real-life process development problems.
• Strong hands-on JMP and working knowledge of Minitab.

Responsibilities

• Develop study design (DOE), statistical analysis, and output using JMP tools.
• Participate in process characterization to design study experiments and discuss results with scientists/engineers.
• Assist in completing study reports with Process Scientists/Engineers.
