Salas O’Brien is seeking a Program Manager – DOE/NNSA Programs & Business Development to lead the successful execution of Department of Energy (DOE), National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), and other federal programs while growing the firm’s federal portfolio.

Based in Knoxville, Washington DC or Aiken, this role blends hands-on program management, customer relationships, and strategic growth initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years leading program/project management for DOE/NNSA or other federal customers.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical, engineering, scientific, or professional services teams.
• Experience managing complex federal contracts and customer relationships.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE security clearance when required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, and oversight of DOE/NNSA and other federal programs.
• Maintain strong relationships with government representatives, prime contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Develop program execution plans, schedules, budgets, staffing, and performance metrics.
• Monitor contract performance, deliverables, milestones, costs, schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and provide regular program updates to leadership and customers.
• Support transitions, task orders, workforce planning, and scalable delivery strategies.
