Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Tier 2–3 operations support for data center infrastructure.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, troubleshooting outages.
• Manage asset inventories and configuration documentation.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and policies.
