Qualifications

• 3–10 years of CEAT computer security experience in secure networks and systems.
• Security+ certification.
• CISSP Certification or NSA equivalent certification.
• IAM Level 2 per DoD 8570.01; RMF/SP-800-53 experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently; self-starter.
• MS Office suite and Splunk Enterprise SIEM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, upgrade, or monitor security measures for the protection of systems of systems, computer networks, standalone systems, and information.
• Assess system vulnerabilities for security risks and propose and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• May ensure appropriate security controls are in place that will safeguard digital files and vital electronic infrastructure.
• May respond to computer security breaches and viruses; review and analyze Audit log event data via Splunk SIEM tool.
