Job summary

Alexandria Insights, Inc. seeks Test Engineers (Levels II and III) to support the Marine Corps acquisition lifecycle from development through sustainment at Quantico/Stafford, VA.

You will analyze T&E activities, develop test strategies and plans, and coordinate on-site test events. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s in engineering or IT plus 5–12 years of testing/QA experience; DoD/MCOTEA exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline or 6 years of related testing/QA experience.
• Experience with MCOTEA or DOT&E preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze acquisition T&E activities including reviews, evaluations, and risk assessments.
• Develop T&E documents: test strategies, concepts, plans, and reports for developmental, integrated, and operational testing.
• Assist with on-site test events.
• Support T&E reviews and programmatic assessments at DoD/OSD levels.
• Research T&E policies, guidance, and regulations.
• Assess materials discussed in meetings with external agencies at Service/DoN/OSD levels.
• Review and assess adequacy of developmental and operational test approaches and reports.
• Coordinate T&E meetings and develop briefings at working and program manager levels.
