FEDITC, LLC is seeking an Engineering Technical Writer to work at Red River Army Depot in the Texarkana, TX area. The role requires United States Citizenship and an active Secret DoD Security Clearance.

Qualifications

Experience developing military technical manuals or other DoD publications.
Experience with Arbortext XML, desktop publishing, WebFLIS, and military technical publication standards.
Strong technical writing, research, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare instruction manuals, technical manuals, and other documents for GSCE program.
Develop and disseminate technical information among GSCE programs and partners.
Collect and organize information for military Technical Publications (TMs).
Research TACOM source data and use WebFLIS as needed.
Publish technical work packages using Arbortext XML and EMS NG Publisher.
Support logisticians, engineers, and QC personnel during manual development.
Provide desktop publishing for manuals, repair parts lists, and other publications.
Prepare CDRL technical documentation.
Ensure publications meet military standards and style guides.
