Job summary

Paragon Technology Group, Inc. seeks a System Administrator to provide technical support for JECC workstation and networked peripherals.

The role includes system installation, configuration, operations, Tier 1-2 troubleshooting, and account management for NIPR/SIPR/JWICS environments, working with Government service providers as part of the C5 support team. The candidate will maintain compliance with security requirements, manage imaging tools, and support IT operations for exercises and events,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in system administration or enterprise IT operations.
• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Experience with DoD networks (NIPR/SIPR/JWICS), enterprise Microsoft environments, and imaging tools.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, troubleshoot, maintain, and remove JECC-managed servers.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 system administration support.
• Manage user accounts and permissions across NIPR/SIPR domains, Office 365, SharePoint Online, and other systems.
• Install, configure, maintain, and remove desktop and laptop systems and networked peripherals.
• Maintain compliance with security requirements and update baseline images.
• Use approved government ticketing systems and support reporting requirements.
• Support IT operations for exercises, deployments, conferences, and events.
