Job summary

SA-TECH is seeking a Supply Technician at White Sands Missile Range, NM. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, storage, cataloging, and property utilization across depot and local supply activities, using established Government systems and procedures.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 5+ years of military/defense contracting supply experience, with NSN item handling, data entry, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance. CDL and forklift licenses are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma at a minimum.
• 5+ years of Military and/or Defense Contracting supply and property control experience.
• Experience tracking standard and non-standard US Government material (NSN & non-NSN items).
• Experience with maintenance database input and data entry
• Local purchase execution and tracking
• Forklift license
• Class B or A CDL
• Current Driver’s License required; must be able to be insured through company’s vehicle insurance policy while driving work/government/rental vehicles during working hours, and for the duration of employment.
• U.S. Citizenship required and you must be able to obtain a U.S. DoD Security Secret Clearance prior to start date and maintain a Secret clearance throughout employment.
• All candidates will be required to pass background screening to include SSN, Driver Record, and Criminal Background Investigation.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization across depot and local supply activities.
• Using governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, manuals and guidelines to support multiple organizations.
• Analyze data to define problems and recommend actions based on established guidelines.
• Support local purchase execution and tracking as needed.
