Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM field.
• 4+ years of DoD BD, capture, or proposal experience (Aerospace or DoD).
• Experience supporting or leading DoD government proposals and captures.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS.
• Strong technical background in spacecraft systems or mission operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; organized and deadline-driven.
• U.S. Person eligible for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support capture to secure contracts, recompete existing contracts, and maintain relationships; write proposals and bids to DoD and partners.
• Analyze solicitations (RFPs, RFIs, BAAs, OTAs) and translate requirements into compliant proposals.
• Develop win strategies and competitive positioning aligned to mission needs.
