About the Role:

As a Software Engineer at Elevait Solutions, you'll contribute to the design, development, and deployment of full-stack software solutions that drive client outcomes and improve internal operations. Whether you’re building web applications, integrating APIs, or improving system performance, your work will be vital in supporting our mission-driven projects. This role is ideal for transitioning servicemembers with experience in programming, systems engineering, or problem-solving who are ready to grow in a collaborative tech environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and backend systems.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate user needs into technical specifications.
• Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services for robust, secure solutions.
• Test, debug, and troubleshoot software to ensure quality and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Use version control and Agile tools (e.g., Git, GitHub, Jira) to manage development workflows.
• Maintain technical documentation to support deployment and future development.
