Technical Project Management

Supporting our Project Management teams, you will coordinate and deliver multiple Building Automation, Fire/Life Safety, or Security projects of varying complexities in commercial buildings. You will also manage project budgets, billing, job costs, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Review project contracts, specifications, and drawings to understand project scope.
• Develop and manage project schedules, coordinate team needs, and identify critical installations.
• Oversee supply requisitions and materials procurement.
• Participate in plan reviews, cost assessments, and subcontractor contracting.
• Conduct technician orientations, maintain project documentation, and monitor resources.
• Track events affecting schedule, scope, and efficiency.
• Identify change-order opportunities and manage billing processes.
• Coordinate commissioning activities and complete project close-out documentation.

Qualifications:

U.S. Military experience as an E6 or above (Navy, Air Force, Army, Marines, Coast Guard, Space Force, National Guard, Reserves)

• Experience in demand-side energy services or Certified Energy Manager certification preferred (Automation specific)
• Physical Security Professional (PSP) certification preferred (Security specific)
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with HVAC, Building Automation, Fire Alarm, or Security systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and limited violations
