Our Three Main Business Groups:

  • Building Automation: HVAC Controls, Lighting Controls, Mechanical/Electrical Services
  • Fire/Life Safety: Fire Alarm, Mass/Emergency Communication, Sprinkler/Suppression
  • Security: Integrated Surveillance and Access Controls

Desired Military Experience, Backgrounds, and/or Aptitude:

  • Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Systems
  • Nuclear Engineering/Power/Energy & Nuclear Plant Operator
  • Satellite/Radar Systems

Reporting to the Service Operations Supervisor, this role involves assisting with fire life safety system services, including testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform visual and functional testing on fire detection systems and field devices following NFPA and local standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of tests using Excel.
  • Respond to service calls, including emergencies and on-site issues.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and perform minor repairs as directed.

Qualifications:

  • Active U.S. Military experience (Navy, Air Force, Army, Marines, Coast Guard, Space Force, National Guard, Reserves)
  • Strong Excel skills for reporting; knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to climb ladders and carry up to 25 lbs
  • Associates degree in Electronics or a related technical field
  • Basic knowledge of low voltage systems and circuitry
  • Experience in field service
  • Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and limited violations
