Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an experienced Security Manager to support an Air Force program, applying DoD security controls across information, personnel, industrial, and physical security. You will advise, analyze, and implement security measures to ensure compliance with DoD and USAF directives.

You will manage security investigations, training materials, and SOPs, while coordinating security requirements for contracts and programs within secure facilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in senior security support roles, including collateral classified activities and SAP programs

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage information, personnel, industrial, and operations security programs to protect classified material
• Prepare and coordinate security-related briefings, training materials, and technical assistance for meetings and conferences
• Maintain active JPAS and JADE accounts, verify personnel security clearances and SAP accesses, and process and track personnel security investigations and clearance requests
• Provide advisory assistance for handling CPI and CC from unclassified to Top Secret, SAP, and SCI levels
• Develop and maintain SOPs, security process flowcharts, and work breakdown structures
• Manage administrative duties for SAP Facilities (SAPFs), including accreditation and self-inspection programs
• Administer security education programs for Air Force personnel
• Coordinate DD Form 254 and develop security requirements for contractual documents (SOOs, SOWs, PWS, RFPs, CDRLs)
