Job summary

Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) seeks a Network/System Administrator II to support DoD SAP programs. The role covers day-to-day operations for collateral, SCI, and SAP activities, with a focus on maintaining a secure Windows network.

The position requires 3–5 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and DoD 8570.01-M IA Technician Level 2 within six months. A TS clearance with SCI eligibility is required, along with travel and lifting duties.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years related experience in network/system administration.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related area or equivalent experience (4 years).
• Must meet DoD Directive 8570.01-M IA Technician Level 2 within 6 months of hire.
• Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility and access to SAPs.
• Willingness to travel within AOR and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, audit and support a secure Windows network environment and related services.
• Maintain internet applications and protocols (IP, TCP, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SSL).
• Manage file servers, Firewalls, backups, and system documentation.
• Provide IT support to customers and interface with DoD personnel and partners.
• Perform maintenance, hardware upgrades and firmware updates as required.
• Prepare systems for operational use and support tests.
