Job summary

Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) is seeking a Network/System Administrator II to support DoD SAP/SCI activities in a secure Windows environment. The role includes daily administration, problem resolution, and coordination with DoD customers and program managers.

The position requires 3–5 years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Regular on-site work in Boston, MA is expected with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 3–5 years related experience.
• Must meet DoD Directive 8570.01-M IA Technician Level 2 within 6 months.
• Currently hold Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, audit and support a secure Windows network environment and related services.
• Maintain LAN/WAN, IP/TCP/HTTP/HTTPS/FTP/SSL across systems.
• Provide IT support to customers and resolve problems promptly.
• Assist with data backups, security monitoring, and system documentation.
