Sugpiat Defense is actively seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst- Mid Level to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) in Colorado Springs. The role focuses on implementing cybersecurity policies, RMF activities, monitoring system posture, and ensuring compliance with DoD requirements.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and has DoD cybersecurity operations experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in a cyber field; DoD experience preferred.
• 3–5 years in information assurance or cybersecurity programs.
• Experience with RMF, NIST SP 800-53/800-37, DISA STIGs.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management and security compliance.
• Proficient in Windows/Linux, AD, and networking basics.

Mansioni

• Support cybersecurity requirements for classified and unclassified systems.
• Assist RMF activities across the system lifecycle.
• Maintain RMF docs: SSPs, SARs, POA&Ms, artifacts.
• DoD compliance monitoring and vulnerability remediation coordination.
• Collaborate with ISSMs, engineers, and government personnel.
• Report on cybersecurity metrics and continuous monitoring status.
