Job summary

Fathom 4, LLC is seeking an RF Systems Engineer to join an engineering team working on DoD RF communications and C5ISR systems. You will analyze, design, integrate, and test RF systems across lifecycle stages, supporting installation, field testing, and sustainment at shore sites and mobile platforms.

You will prepare reports, briefs and test documentation, collaborate with government engineers and program offices, and may provide technical direction to junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering with RF coursework.
• Active Secret clearance with potential for TS/SCI in the future.
• Experience with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators, power meters).
• Experience with RF simulation software and studies.

Responsibilities

• Engineering analysis, design, integration and testing of RF comms and C5ISR systems.
• Perform RF analyses including link budgets, propagation studies, interference analysis, antenna selection/placement.
