Job summary

The Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) seeks a Research Program Analyst to help oversee government programs from initiation to closeout, coordinating resources and budgets with sponsors and project teams.

In this role you will develop detailed project plans, monitor expenditures, and communicate progress to stakeholders, while supporting business development opportunities and ensuring adherence to security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in STEM related field.
• Familiarity with project management or financial management concepts.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Project Management and Oversight: supervise technical government programs, track schedule and cost.
• Financial Management: maintain budgets and provide monthly financial reporting.
• Administrative Support: liaison with project team and support units; perform other duties as assigned.
• Business development: assist in proposals and coordinate sponsor communications as needed.
