Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Solve technical problems related to quality and safety standards for tactical network platforms and C4I systems.
• Assure that products and installation processes meet quality and safety standards.
• Test equipment to ensure manufacturing/installation processes operate effectively and safely.
• Interpret plans and drawings; contribute to design and fabrication of test specimens.
• Maintain QA Alteration Installation Technical (AIT) workbooks for each on-site visit.
• Support the contractor's quality/inspection system per contract requirements.
• Maintain quality system documentation including procedures, plans, and all necessary data.
• Support internal auditing of quality systems at program and worksite services levels.
• Ensure subcontractors possess commensurate quality assurance and control programs.
• Collect, analyze, and report metrics from work program functional areas for root cause reliability and QA.
• Support Government quality assurance oversight and inspections.
• Prepare shop drawings for model construction using CAD.
