Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of DoD policies, procedures and processes required for proper implementation of project plans and milestones.
• Clear translation of thoughts into technical reports and project documentation in industry-standard formats.
• Experience with DoD Test and Evaluation and DoD Program Acquisition and Management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and subcontractors for successful project execution.
• Maintain and manage relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and plans.
• Monitor progress and report status to management and clients.
• Develop staff capabilities and manage hiring and performance.
