Job summary

The Logistics Company, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead the contractor workforce supporting USARCENT at Shaw AFB, SC.

This role requires managing 22 FTEs across 15 labor categories and delivering visibility on staffing, quality, schedule, cost, risk, and deliverables. Responsibilities include directing day-to-day performance, implementing staffing plans, maintaining status reports, and ensuring adherence to the Quality Control Plan while coordinating with COR and government officials.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressively responsible DoD program, project, or staff-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day contractor performance across multiple groups while preserving government oversight.
• Execute staffing plan to achieve full staffing by Day 60 with phased onboarding and access dependencies.
• Maintain daily personnel-status and submit PERSTAT before 0900; reconcile time and hours for COR.
• Prepare Monthly Performance and Cost Report with current and cumulative costs, hours, and progress.
• Own the deliverable register, risk logs, and travel documentation for on-time performance.
• Implement and maintain Quality Control Plan and inspection system; drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with COR and route matters to TLC and Government officials within authority.
• Respond to performance concerns with root-cause analysis and corrective-action plans.
