Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking an experienced DoD Program Manager to support the Army Software & Innovative Center (ASIC). The role oversees IT and business operations for the SE2 customer and leads a team of system administrators, network engineers, and cyber security engineers.

You will manage contract deliverables, risk, and performance metrics, report to senior leadership, and ensure compliance with DoD requirements while driving process improvements and innovation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management experience.
• Experience managing IT programs.
• Experience managing full SDLC, enterprise-network engineering, strategic information planning, business process re-engineering, structure and management practices.
• Experience identifying and mitigating risks.
• Experience independently managing program financials (funding tracking, burn-out dates, procurement spending, etc.).
• US Citizen, and active Secret clearance.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a Related Scientific or Technical discipline is required.
• 10 years of additional relevant experience may substitute for education requirement.
• PMP Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide program execution and performance management by overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of contract deliverables; establish performance metrics, track key milestones, and manage risks to ensure program objectives are met.
• Provide regular briefings, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership on program status and challenges.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and process optimization within program operations.
• Ensure program activities adhere to DoD regulations, cybersecurity policies, and contractual obligations
• Mitigate risks by implementing governance frameworks, quality assurance processes, and risk management strategies.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight.
• Manage program resources, including personnel, budgets, and schedules in order to meet organizational goals.

The Program Manager will oversee the successful execution of IT and business operations in support of the Software Engineering Environment (SE2) customer, and manage a team of System Administrators, Network Engineers, and Cyber Security Engineers that provide support to maintain the infrastructure and operate an enclave of the Defense Research Enterprise Network (DREN).

Responsibilities

The Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is

$82,100-$172,400
