Job summary

Lynch Consultants, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Performance Metrics Analyst to monitor, analyze, coordinate, and present program metrics to senior Department of the Navy executives. This role requires a BA/BS, active Secret Clearance, U.S.

citizenship, and 3+ years of program management experience. The position is full-time in the National Capital Region, with capability to support the client remotely and in-person at the Pentagon as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a BA/BS.
• Must have ACTIVE Secret Clearance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must have 3+ years of professional program management experience.
• Must have a strong understanding of DoD financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report Budget Submitting Office (BSO) performance using authoritative data sources to extract, validate, and reconcile metric data.
• Develop and maintain accurate, timely performance reports and executive-level briefings for GS-15 and Senior Executive Service (SES) leadership.
• Identify overperforming and underperforming entities, investigate anomalous data, analyze performance trends, and conduct root-cause analyses.
• Coordinate with BSOs and command-level stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting, resolve discrepancies, and address performance deficiencies.
• Track, monitor, and report remediation plans for underperforming entities, including corrective actions, milestones, and progress updates.
• Apply proactive critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, and strong communication skills to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and support senior leadership decision-making.
